Reflection

Three months (486 hours) spent on the On-the-Job Training at Pio Duran National High School (PDNHS), I experienced working with the professional people. During OJT, I faced the real life working environment, making reports, following deadlines and respect the people I am with.  This experience helped me in developing my self-confidence, skills and personality. Throughout this OJT I learned how to manage my time wisely in order to meet deadlines for reports, this makes me realize that time must be valued not wasted. I also learned how to manage pressure and able to work under pressure. I manage how to mingle with other people and at the same time respect them; I develop good relationship with my workmates. This OJT enable me to gain experiences and knowledge’s that improved my personality that will guide me in the future.
